DIFFA’s Mission is to empower organizations that provide critical support to individuals impacted by HIV/AIDS, food and housing insecurities, and mental health challenges, while expanding healthcare access for underserved communities nationwide. DIFFA works to create a future where compassion and care can transform lives.

WHO WE SERVE
DIFFA supports organizations serving LGBTQ youth, at-risk minorities, and incarcerated individuals, addressing critical issues like HIV/AIDS prevention, food and housing insecurities, and healthcare access. With a focus on closing gaps left by declining government funding, DIFFA prioritizes preventing new HIV/AIDS cases among vulnerable populations, sheltering the unhoused, feeding the hungry, and providing support for those impacted by opioid addiction, driving meaningful change nationwide.

DIFFA is one of the few organizations that provides unrestricted funding, ensuring critical needs like utilities, transportation, hot meals, and buddy programs are met for the organizations we support.
When you donate to DIFFA, you’re ensuring grant funds are directed where they make the greatest impact for individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Our Grants Committee personally evaluates AIDS service organizations, assessing fiscal responsibility and program effectiveness to maximize donor impact.
