Leading Designers Customize Nambé Wine Chillers for DIFFAxThrive Auction
New York, NY (October, 2017) — This month, DIFFA: Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS is partnering with the Thrive Tribe Foundation to host a reception and silent auction at WestEdge Design Fair. DIFFAxThrive will feature a selection of one-of-a-kind Nambé wine chillers. Designed and customized by 15 artists and designers, the wine chillers will be on display throughout the show. The collaboration will culminate with a wine toast and reception on Saturday, October 21 from 4-6pm. Proceeds will benefit both organizations’ work to support individuals affected by HIV/AIDS.

The WestEdge Design Fair brings more than 150 of the world’s best designers, makers and architects to Los Angeles for a three-day showcase reaching 12,000 attendees. From October 19 to 21, guests will be able to view and bid on the customized wine chillers created by top designers including: alison rose New York, Cheryl Umbles Interior Design, Dirt Cobain, Hektad, Judy Buckles, Matouk, Minarc, Nadia Geller Designs, NPZ, Peter Valcarcel, Robert Allen Duralee Inc., and Robert Mahron. The reception on the final evening of the show will feature a wine toast sponsored by Ramona Ranch and light bites for guests to enjoy in the Barker Hangar.
